Online Application Process

Registration Process

Step 1: Visit the official website of Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana.
Step 2: Click on “Applicant Login” and select “Create Account.”
Step 3: Fill in the registration form with details such as full name (as per Aadhaar), mobile number, password, district, taluka, village, municipal corporation/council, and authorized person. Accept the terms and conditions.
Step 4: Enter the captcha code and click on “Sign Up.” An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.
Step 5: Enter the OTP and captcha again.
Step 6: Click on “Verify OTP” to complete registration. A confirmation message will be displayed upon successful login.

Application Submission Process

Step 1: Log in to the portal using your registered mobile number, password, and captcha.
Step 2: Click on “Application for Mukhyamantri – Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana.”
Step 3: Enter your Aadhaar number and captcha, then click on “Validate Aadhaar.”
Step 4: Complete the application form by entering personal details, bank account information, and permanent address.
Step 5: Upload the required documents such as Aadhaar card, domicile certificate, ration card, etc.
Step 6: Submit the application. An Application ID will be sent via SMS for future reference.

 

Offline Application Process

Women who are unable to apply online can submit their application for Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana through the offline mode. The offline application process is as follows:

  • Visit the nearest Anganwadi Centre, Ward Office, Gram Panchayat Office, or Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendra
  • Collect the prescribed application form for Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana
  • Fill in all required details accurately, including personal information, Aadhaar number, bank details, and family income details
  • Attach self-attested copies of required documents such as Aadhaar card, domicile proof, ration card, income certificate (if applicable), and bank details
  • Submit the completed form to the designated official at the centre
  • After verification, the application details will be uploaded to the official portal, and the applicant will receive an acknowledgment or SMS confirmation

Applicants who apply offline can track their application status later through the official website or by visiting the same centre.

  • Aadhaar card linked with bank account.
  • Domicile certificate If the domicile certificate is not available, any one of the following can be submitted:
    • Ration card valid for the past 15 years
    • Voter ID card valid for the past 15 years
    • Birth certificate
    • School leaving certificate
  • If the woman is born in another state but the husband is from Maharashtra, any one of the following documents:
    • Ration card valid for the past 15 years
    • Voter ID card valid for the past 15 years
    • Birth certificate
    • School leaving certificate
    • Domicile certificate
  • Income certificate, in case of white ration card. No income certificate is required if the ration card is a yellow card or orange card.
  • If the woman is a newlywed and her name is not mentioned on the ration card, the husband’s ration card with the marriage certificate must be submitted.
  • Bank account details.
  • Photograph of the applicant.

e-KYC verification process is mandated by the Government of Maharashtra for beneficiaries of the Yojana.

Through Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin – e-KYC – 2026, the identity and eligibility details of beneficiary women are authenticated online using Aadhaar, ensuring that benefits are provided only to eligible applicants.

What is e-KYC?

e-KYC (electronic Know Your Customer) is an Aadhaar-based digital verification process mandated by the Government of Maharashtra for beneficiaries of the Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana. Through e-KYC, the identity and eligibility details of beneficiary women are authenticated online using Aadhaar, ensuring that benefits are provided only to eligible applicants.

Why e-KYC is Required

Completion of e-KYC is compulsory to continue receiving financial assistance under the scheme. The process is required to:

    • Verify the identity and authenticity of beneficiaries
    • Identify and remove ineligible or duplicate beneficiaries
    • Ensure transparent and accurate Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) into Aadhaar-linked bank accounts
    • Prevent misuse of public funds and improve efficiency of scheme implementation

Last Date for Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana – e-KYC

The Government of Maharashtra has made e-KYC mandatory for all beneficiaries of the Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana.

Beneficiaries must complete the e-KYC process by 18 November 2025 to continue receiving the monthly benefit of ₹1,500 under the scheme. Failure to complete e-KYC within the stipulated timeline may result in temporary suspension or discontinuation of benefits until verification is completed.

How to do e-KYC

Follow the below steps to complete the Maharashtra Ladki Bahin Yojana e-KYC and continue to receive the monthly amount provided under the scheme:

Step 1: Visit the official Mukhyamantri Ladki Bahin Yojana website.

Step 2: Click on the e-KYC option on the homepage.

Step 3: Enter your Aadhaar number, captcha code, tick the Aadhaar authentication consent and click on ‘Get OTP’.

Step 4: Upload the documents and the required information, such as name, address, ration card number, income details, and Aadhaar card details.

Step 5: Click on ‘Submit’ to complete the e-KYC process.
